Dr. Patel was board certified in Gastroenterology in 1991 and has been a clinical research investigator since 2012. In addition to working at our site, Dr. Patel has private practice office locations based in both Ventura County, California and Los Angeles, California.
Malini Soogoor, M.D. - Infectious Disease
Dr. Malini Soogoor completed her Infectious Disease Fellowship at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in 2005. When she is not seeing clinical research participants on-site, Dr. Soogoor is attending to patients at various affiliated hospital locations within Southern California.
Hal M. Weitzbuch, M.D., MS, FAAD - Dermatology
Dr. Weitzbuch is a Double Board-Certified Dermatologist, experienced in Clinical Research Dermatology Studies and Mohs Surgery, and is currently a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at UCLA. Dr. Weitzbuch enjoys volunteering dermatology clinic services for LA county residents without insurance at UCLA, Olive View Medical Center and has received multiple awards including L.A. Magazine Top Doctors and L.A. Times Super Doctors from 2018-2024.

Nancy Menges, PA-C has been an active Sub-Investigator since 2016. Nancy received her Physician Assistant Certification at the University of California and is both English and Spanish speaking. In addition to being a kind and compassionate medical provider, Nancy is well versed in Inclusion/Exclusion review and understands the importance of ensuring ALCOA++ principles are maintained during study visits.
